Florida Law Firm Operations Hub
Privacy Policy
Effective July 27, 2026
Information processed
If you request notice about an upcoming course, we collect the email address you provide, the requested course, the page where you made the request, and the date of the request. The Hub also processes administrator-approved research packets used to create its lessons.
How information is used
A course-interest email is used to measure demand and send one availability notice for that course. It does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Research information is used to create and update training content. Information is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Storage and access
Research records are stored in the Hub's secured database. Access is limited to authorized administrators and service providers needed to operate the system. API credentials are kept server-side and are not intentionally exposed in browser code.
Sensitive information
Do not submit client confidential information, privileged communications, personal data, or case-specific legal advice through the Research Agent. The Hub is intended for general law-firm operational training content.
Retention and corrections
Course-interest requests may be retained until the requested course is released and the availability notice is sent, or until the request is removed. Authorized administrators may correct or remove research and interest records. Other records may be retained as needed for content production, auditing, security, and legal obligations.
