Law Firm Training Manual

Terms of Use

Effective September 3, 2026

Educational use only

Law Firm Training Manual provides general operational education. It is not legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for supervision, professional judgment, or current court, judge, county, software, and firm procedures.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking the accuracy, currency, and suitability of all training before relying on it. Laws, rules, forms, filing systems, and local practices change. Follow your employer's policies and the directions of the responsible attorney.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your email and account, and use the service only for lawful training purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the library at scale, or use the service to submit confidential, privileged, or case-specific information.

Membership and availability

Paid memberships renew at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. Complimentary lifetime access may be granted directly by an administrator and carries no subscription charge. We may correct, replace, remove, or discontinue content or features as the library develops.

Intellectual property

The site, course organization, original text, graphics, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Law Firm Training Manual. You may use them for your own learning and internal firm training, but may not sell, publish, or commercially redistribute them without written permission. Linked third-party sources remain subject to their own terms.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every item is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular matter or jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Law Firm Training Manual and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date above will identify the current version. Questions may be sent to hello@lawfirmtrainingmanual.com.
