Editorial standards
These standards apply to public resources, topic hubs, course previews, and the source-backed training library.
Useful before promotional
Public guides and previews should answer a real question or teach a practical control before asking the reader to join.
Sources remain visible
Court, government, rule, and vendor materials are linked directly when they support a workflow. Secondary material does not replace an available primary source.
Variation is explicit
Content identifies where a firm, attorney, judge, court, county, jurisdiction, software platform, or client circumstance can change the workflow.
No invented authority
We do not invent deadlines, procedural requirements, credentials, statistics, outcomes, or universal claims to make a lesson sound stronger.
Review dates mean review
A reviewed date is updated only after the material and its important sources are checked, not merely to make a page appear fresh.
Corrections are part of the process
Material errors should be corrected promptly. Substantive changes should preserve a clear review record.
Education and supervision boundary
