Core lesson: 95-100 minutes Reviewed against 12 official and supporting sources

Goal & what you need

Goal

Prevent missed or duplicate claims, overwritten amendments, wrong amount meanings, unsupported timeliness or priority labels, missed objection events, unauthorized payment, and false closure.

What you need

  • Opened Florida probate administration with current docket and verified Notice to Creditors event record
  • Responsible lawyer assigned to control claim status, timeliness, objections, litigation, priority, compromise, and payment
  • Access to filed claims, amendments, objections, orders, releases, satisfactions, accounting records, and supporting communications

Check your firm’s process. This lesson teaches a safe general workflow. Your firm’s software, folder names, naming rules, retention steps, and escalation contacts may differ. If you are unsure, stop and ask your supervisor.
