  • Authorized Florida Courts E-Filing Portal account
  • Attorney-approved court, county, division, case type, subtype, and amount-of-claim selection when applicable
  • Verified filing package with the initiating document and all required supporting documents
  • Complete and verified party information
  • Resolved confidentiality and sensitive-information treatment
  • Authorized fee, payment, waiver, or exemption information
  • Current destination clerk and case-type instructions
