What you need
- Opened Florida probate administration with current letters and lawyer-confirmed authority
- Responsible lawyer and personal representative assigned to control account opening, deposits, expenditures, claims, reserves, taxes, compensation, reimbursements, and distributions
- Access to the approved inventory, creditor-claim ledger, bank records, receipts, invoices, authorizations, and accounting workspace or documented gaps
