What you need
- Opened or identified Florida probate matter and responsible lawyer
- Death, domicile, family, will, inventory, ownership, use, value, account, benefit, lien, and docket records
- Written lawyer direction controlling petitioner, claimed assets, persons, deadline, notice, proposed findings, and transfer
