What you need
- Verified matter, current docket, operative pleadings, client, and responsible lawyer
- Current rules, forms, trial-setting and pretrial orders, assigned-officer instructions, and lawyer direction
- Lawyer-approved witness and exhibit lists from the separate trial-list workflow
