Prevent missed mediation requirements, unauthorized participants, stale financial or parenting materials, confidentiality errors, failed logistics, unproved delivery, and inaccurate post-mediation records.

What you need

  • Verified matter, responsible lawyer, client, mediator or program, and current docket
  • Referral order or stipulation and every later modifying order
  • Current court, program, judge, mediator, and technology instructions
  • Written lawyer direction on participants, issues, package contents, delivery, and approvals
