What you need
- Opened or identified Florida probate matter, property candidate, and responsible lawyer
- Deed and official-record evidence, complete legal description, death evidence, will or trust materials, family information, domicile and occupancy evidence, and docket access
- Written lawyer direction controlling petitioner, claimed property, spouse and descendants, waiver, devise, interested persons, notice, proposed findings, and recording or title work
