Goal
Obtain a secure, auditable imaging package for every approved diagnostic study and close only after its report and usable actual images are verified or a responsible lawyer accepts a documented exception.
What you need
- An approved provider and diagnostic-study inventory
- Responsible-lawyer direction on purpose, requester pathway, scope, and final reviewer
- A valid patient request, personal-representative authority, or authorization appropriate to the selected pathway
- Known study dates, modalities, body parts, facilities, locations, accession numbers, or other approved identifiers
- Approved secure transmission, download, storage, image-viewing, and tracking systems
