What you need
- Verified matter, current docket, responsible lawyer, witness identity and role, and protected workspace
- Written lawyer direction identifying deposition type, purpose, scope, production, recording, privilege, exhibits, and closure
- Current notice and amendments, subpoena and return if any, case orders, and applicable Florida rules
