Prevent staff from making legal judgments about burdens, materiality, genuine disputes, admissibility, relief, or deadlines while preserving exact sources, versions, approvals, and proof.

What you need

Verified matter, operative pleadings, current docket, responsible lawyer, and protected workspace
Written lawyer direction identifying movant or nonmovant role and full or partial summary-judgment scope
Current Rule 1.510, case-management and trial orders, and assigned-judge procedures
