Produce an auditable, client-confirmed, lawyer-approved financial affidavit without unsupported numbers, hidden variances, privacy failures, or unauthorized legal classifications.
What you need
- A pending Florida family-law matter with verified caption, parties, case number, division, deadlines, hearings, orders, and responsible lawyer
- Written lawyer direction selecting the current financial-affidavit form, snapshot date, legal classifications, disputed items, filing and service route, and confidentiality controls
- Current Florida Courts download of Form 12.902(b) or 12.902(c), verified immediately before use
- The COURSE-0082 mandatory-disclosure matrix and a restricted source workspace
- A lawyer-approved calculation, independent-QA, execution, e-filing, e-service, and supplementation process

- 2Obtain written lawyer direction stating whether an affidavit is required, the selected current Form 12.902(b) or 12.902(c), the snapshot date, due dates, temporary-relief branch, legal classifications, disputed items, filing and service route, and safety controls. Staff must not choose the form or decide an exception.
