Goal
Produce an accurate, secure, auditable Rule 12.285 disclosure record without making legal decisions, exposing underlying financial records in the court file, or certifying for the client.
What you need
- A pending Florida family-law matter with verified caption, parties, service trigger, hearings, orders, and responsible lawyer
- Written lawyer direction identifying the disclosure lane, due dates, modifications, objections, agreements, and safety controls
- Current Rule 12.285 and approved versions of Forms 12.902 and 12.932
- A restricted collection workspace, secure client channel, service method, filing method, and deadline system
- A lawyer-approved privilege, confidential-address, objection, waiver, and deficiency process

- 2Obtain written lawyer direction identifying the disclosure lane, client's role, applicable Rule 12.285 subsection, due-date trigger, modifications, objections, agreements, orders, and special safety or confidentiality controls. Staff must not decide applicability, exemption, waiver, or objection strategy.
