  • The current official Sunbiz entity record and filing history
  • The report year and current entity status
  • Authorized updates to addresses, FEIN status, principals, and registered agent information
  • Consent and signature availability for a newly designated registered agent
  • An authorized signer and approved payment method
  • A monitored email address and approved filing-record location
